Once upon a summer evening, while we wandered, irate and seething,
Over many a curious and confusing bit of collegiate lore,
Of promises of learning, teaching, thinking
For ourselves and no one more,
"'Tis time," we decided, "to create a forum of minds meeting"
- a colloquy, a council, a congress, a conversing -
In order to surcease the sorrow of tirades galore,
We therefore have but one motto: "Will rant for food" - and nothing more.

For those less verbose (or who skipped the poem):

We are a duo of college students who are aggrieved with our three years' experience of higher education. This forum is designed for ourselves to have an outlet for our exasperation with our current situation. We therefore plan to rant/blather/speak/discuss/consult/ and otherwise orate on the plethora of humorous yet bittersweet events of our combined collegiate expertise. We would say that this will help you avoid the more troublesome aspects of college life, but we can't promise that. The laws which govern the universe of higher education are against us. But you can still worship us. Do it now, and you could avoid the rush later.
